Since no other news on the Bearcat has circulated, I would wager those photos are from 8-9 years ago in Galveston, when it had a bit of a very last second gear extension...

I read that there IS a 2 seater Hurricane being restored to fly, if Not in the U.K, than in Canada ( Vintage Wings ?), sorry, I'm too lazy to research right now. Will get back when I find more details .

There was talk a few years back of one of those under restoration at Hawker Restorations being configured as a 'Persian Hurricane' with two separate cockpits, but in the event they decided not to go down this route.

Vintage Wings did consider restoring its MKXII as a two seater but luckily better heads prevailed and its back on track as a single seater!
