Warbird Information Exchange

A joint effort by Boeing, Coda Octopus, and NOAA's Office of National Marine Sanctuaries has obtained sonar images of the WWII era light aircraft carrier resting upright and mostly intact in 2,600 feet of water off the Northern California coast.

reading about it here in mainstream media immediately I wondered how dirty it was after being in testing and how many people were exposed to it after; coincidently Brisbane has just been 'advised' about more postwar chemical dumping - on land and the reef.
