The Yankee Air Force/Museum's
F-86D/L, USAF
53-1060, was loaned to and/or acquired by General Electric in Evandale for engine testing during the early to mid 1960s. It was reportedly on static display in Evandale sometime during the 1960s and '70s. The aircraft was acquired by William Hogan of Hamilton, OH and later donated to the Yankee Air Force during 1982 and was trucked to Willow Run Airport in Michigan that August.
