british ww 2 dud bomb found in berlin germany

an unexploded 550 lb british bomb was unearthed in berlin's Potsdam region today, 10 thousand people were evacuated. it is estimated that there are more than 3000 unexploded ordinance devices lurking in berlin's earth under ground. where that estimate comes from ....... I have no clue, but i'd bet it's much more than that. also factor in dud soviet cannon shells when the ussr liberated the city in a huge siege.
