I know you're trying to generate as many hits on your site as possible, but your constant duplication of topics is becoming extremely tedious and discourteous, and is almost reaching spam proportions. By all means add a link to your site (even if it is only repeating known information) to the existing thread, but please stop these constant, deliberate thread duplications. Thank you.

Well sometimes it happens. I try to check existing threads before i post mine.

However, i don't think it's a big deal if occasionally there is a thread duplication.

Using the words like "constant" , 'Spam" "extremely tedious and discourteous' is an exaggeration and out of place.

Lastly, I am not really focusing on the hits but rather promoting museum activities and support them in their efforts. And we do this pretty well.In fact before WN nobody else has supported the warbird community online like we do.

Scott seems ok with what I do, therefore i don't see what is the problem.

No, I am not warbid nerd.

Uh, WIX was doing a very good job of getting the word out, keep people up on the newest restorations and other news, perhaps if you had been here before you started posting for YOUR site, you might have found that out.

Very un-necessary bashing of Warbirds News IMHO

If all the websites about a aviation and warbirds start to post messages to promote their services on every forum, it will become impossible to follow them and the number of regular users will decrease very fast.

A forum is a place to discuss and exchange information, not to post ads for a website.

I wonder what is the purpose of the "Warbirds news" section created a few months ? Why do you not post there ? Are you afraid that people will not take the time to read your "single line - one link" post there ?

I think that people who want to read the read the subject of your website know its adress and will visit our website. Spamming this forum will not increase the number of them.

About the fact that you open new subject and don't post in exsiting ones, it's simply because you are not a user of this forum : you only come to post links and don't take the time to read the various new subjects.

Considering the unfair way you post on this forum, without consideration of the WIX community, I stopped to consult your website.

Regards

I don't see what the big deal is.

If you're scanning the forum and you see what looks to be a duplicate post, you have the option to just ignore it.

If you're scanning the forum and you see a post by someone you don't like, you have the option to just ignore it.

Come on, guys. Enough bashing. Let's get back to discussing warbirds.

I Agree with you, but to a relatively small restricted group of warbird enthusiasts , operators and pilot/mechanics.

Warbirds News reaches the masses. With an average of 80k monthly visitors, we help restoration projects, aviation museum to raise money. As well as provide valuable information to those enthusiasts around the world who are not registered for WIX.

It is our intention to play a role in safeguarding the heritage of these beautiful machines by providing increased awareness and education through the use of internet based digital media.

So you go in pub, and just because two other guys have discussed last night's football game you can't discuss it again?

Frankly i could care less, stop consulting our website. It's a free world.

I know that WN is providing a great service to the warbird community, for everything else there is Mastercard.
