Capt. Maurice “Mo” Morrison of the 352nd Fighter Squadron looks to be standing awfully close to that spinning P-47 prop. What do you think? deceiving distance in the photo? Never-the-less looks to be a bit too close IMO. Obviously not a problem for Capt. Morrison when you read his bio in the link below. Another hero who served his country well. (where's the salute smilies when you need one)

352nd Fighter Squadron. Capt. Maurice “Mo” Morrison joined the Squadron in April 1943 and served two tours flying both Thunderbolts and Mustangs from Metfield and then Raydon. Interesting service history of Capt. Morrison here,
