Is there any cleaner used on aircraft parts to remove dirt and grime, quickly and easily?

There is an aviation version of simple green. It is pretty effective. As is plain old soap and water. Mineral Spirits has its applications too.

Never underestimate the efficacy of simple soap and water.
The majority of simple grime from time and storage is more easily removed with warm water and a little mild dish soap than it is with solvents.

Mild dish soap is good, Murphy's Oil Soap diluted well is great for large quantities (and I like the smell<G>)

Barkeeper's Friend is another good one to have around. It's an oxalic acid based cleanser that doesn't scratch, and is a very effective stain remover. Rinse very well though.

If the parts will fit in a large enough pot just boil em up & simmer on the stove with some laundry detergent. As an added bonus, the pot will end up cleaner than the day you bought it.

Nathan, try 2 products that will nuke all that crud. the 1st one is "roll off"......... comes in gallons, a boating / marine product. it's name speaks for itself, but not good on Plexiglas. about 25 bucks a gallon. I can order it for you by the case as i'm in the marine business. the 2nd product is named "awesome", again the name speaks for itself, my wife's catering company uses it. price?? no clue, but I can find out info. maybe you can by direct?? the "roll off " I can get for you if need be. just let me know.
