I was a professional Chef for many years. So in honor of the 4th and tribute to all who served and still are, I'm putting 6 hours it to several slow, smoked racks of ribs. I've even created a new rub I've dubbed 'B-17': 17 ingredients and because it's the BOMB! Okay, that was maybe a little over the top, but I love this Holiday! Have a great Independence Day everyone!
