Hi, we need a couple of AN224-3 fasteners for a part we're overhauling. These are part of a "press-stud" type arrangement. We only need two, but cannot locate any. Anyone have or know of some? Any ideas very welcome.
Thanks

That spec is obsolete and I can't find a crossover to a later NAS spec. Can you provide a photo or a better description? What are they used for?

They're used for attaching control column boots to parts - in this case the control column boot for a P-51 - these attach to the main control lock casting bracket. These part attach to the bracket by way of a 100 degree countersunk screw. The boots contain the second part of the clip which then is pushed onto the AN224.
Hope that makes sense!
