F-4N Satsuma LA

Took this pic today of a F4N recently installed near the Satsuma La exit on I-12. The jet had a recent paint job and looks pretty good save for the flat tires. I believe this to be 150422, transferred from a display in Reserve, LA.

Nice, any Idea why its there? Museum, VFW, etc?
