There is a Sabre Dog (F-86D)getting some much need TLC in Monroe, NY! I have posted photos of it a few years ago, but now they are in full swing! Great job guys!

It's an F-86L, not a D, not that there's much difference. (It lives about 15 miles from where I'm typing this.) And I'm not sure how much "restoration" is actually happening. I think the work is largely cosmetic. But good for them nonetheless.

Good to see a community come together to preserve the aircraft and a bit of local history.
Most places would have called it an eyesore and scrapped it years ago.
