I just read that Ted Contri passed away recently? Does anybody know more about this? He was kind enough to give me my 1st Mustang ride back in 1988.
My deepest condolences to his family...

Ted passed away Friday evening surrounded by his family. He was a saint of a man and a very dear friend whom I will miss. To my knowledge there are no services planned as per his wishes.

One of the nicest people I have ever met, a true gem. I got my first 51 ride with Ted in the late 1980's.........then again from Yakima,WA back to his hangar in Reno.
What a great guy who will be missed
Blue skies and god bless
Gary
