D.K/Martin B-26 Folks:

Good day!

Tks! that is the most complete & up-to date data about Martin B-26s that I've seen in years!

p.s The Martin B-26s "WhiteHead Air Service" are one of the most intriguing/controversial samples. For instance, on AAF 42-107640/ N1501M, 2 c/ns are usually listed 4579 & 8904. I tend to be believe the last one since it matches perfectly with the Omaha, Glenn Martin plant production records c. 1942-1944. There is also the issue of Bunos used by the NAVY & USMC in their MJ-1s.

For the 1st time we seem to connect "Whitehead Air Service", Donald Ryan & "Bonnie" in the big puzzle of XH-100 that went S. of the border c, 1950s. (AAF 42-107640). If you have any more "Bonnie" pics plz upload! This particular sample was reg as N66595 c.1950s to make things a bit more interesting!

Tks in advance!

Happy 2014!!

Inspector:

Good day!

I know the paperwork trail of these aircraft is a bit muddy! The only way to bring some light into their real Ids is with photos or close-ups of the Martin B-26 cockpit Id plates. We do not have those... so I prefer to see the pictures. Plz upload your bare metal samples to compare notes.

Tks in advance!
