There's an article on this airplane in the newest Flight Journal. The restorer is 25, and this is his first rebuild. Of course the family business is SIERRA Industries so having a very large pile of 5 axis CNC machines to play with helps a bunch. SIERRA owns the STC's from ROBERTSON STOL after it went bust.

I believe they went to the UK.
As far as Conrad selling the Wildcat, perhaps the funds from that will be used to breathe life into another piece of hangar art. Win-Win in my book...
