It looks like possibly all may have been taken at McIntyre Field Tocumwal NSW (not Victoria. Tocumwal & the airfield are on the northern side of the Murray River).
You can see at least in one of the pics, one of the remaining large timber-framed hangars; beyond the lineup.
As an aside, & by way of saying "G'day!", perhaps some background:-
For the past ten years or so, I have been researching the WWII airfield at Tocumwal, as well as the branch line from Narrandera to Tocumwal.
In the process I have read thousands of online docs, including our own National Archives online stuff. Have downloaded hundreds, & been in contact with people from across the globe, in my quest to be able to learn about McIntyre Field. I put together a couple of folders for Bob Brown (THAM curator), in thanks for his assistance to myself & project partner Craig Carr.
One folder is about the namesake of the airfield, & the mystery around a tragic crash out of Archerfield, in which Capt Patrick William McIntyre perished. Coincidentally, the American Camp Muckley at Archerfield was probably named after one of those who also perished on that mystery flight.
You can read a bit about it here:-
