hello everyone, just thought i'd join in with a group of fellow aviation enthusiasts . I'm from Waco,Texas and have been a mechanic and pilot for more than 30 years . I love round motored planes and own a 1930 Fleet Model 2 myself. The airport i went to school on, now the TSTC campus was originally Waco Army Airfield and the place i work, RAM Aircraft is located at the old Blackland Army Airfield. WE also have had two WW1 fields here as well with Camp McArthur and Rich Field. If it flies I like it and collect a variety of aviation memorabilia
