For several weeks we have had a mystery problem that was preventing roughly 40% of WIX from seeing the site. All they would get would be a white screen and pretty much that was it. The weird part is that 60% of the members could still see the site and I could not reproduce the issue on any computer I had access too... and it gets weirder still. Those with laptops were finding that they could access the site from other locations, just not the location that was giving them the white screen.
This tends to lead me that it was some sort of issue with the users ISP. After hundreds of Google searches and numerous dialogues with the tech monkeys at the hosting company that houses WIX, it looks like we have figured out the issues and our wayward children can now return home.
I just want to thank all the inconvenienced members for their patients and understanding during this blackout. I really do appreciate it.
