Chuck G, were you on the flight from South Dakota to Broomfield, Colorado on Brat III with Fifi?
If so, I have a few photos for you. I can email them to you if you wish. PM me your email.

My dad and I were pulling into the railroad museum there in Golden when I looked up and caught FIFI passing overhead with the P-51 escort. I didn't even know that the B-29 was coming to the airshow. That was a pleasant surprise.

BTW, nice pic too!

We circled the Coors brewery in Golden several times during the weekend!

Paul
Did you get any shots of the Liberator when we were flying formation together on the approach into Broomfield? If so can you post over on the Lil/927 thread...I was working on my FE training during the flight.

Thanks,
Chris

It's just awesome the lives you guys have. Flying or maintaining warbirds. I work like a dog in a prison in conn. and think to myself," man I'm a bone head." But that's my choice and mistakes. I can't imagine loving my job let alone being involved in the aircraft you cherish. Wonderful photos!

I will try to put them over on the Lil/927 thread...
I have many more... just have not had the time to go over them all. It was a great flight!!!

Chuck, Don't you know you are supposed to have a camera taking a photo of the camera plane during a photo shoot? I guess you normally fly the plane and don't understand the photo aspect. Geez
