Oklahoma Aircraft Corp...

of Yukon, OK. Does anyone have any knowledge of this Company? They owned several aircraft during the 70s and 80s including an A-26 and a PV-1, both of which seems to have been involved in transporting ilicit cargo. Another Company using the same Po Box had at least one DC-4.

I believe this company owned my PV-2 at one time in late 50's early 60's, as well as PV-2 N7272C. They were either in Yukon or Mustang, Ok.

They were in Yukon at what is now C.E. Page (Cimarron Field then). A lot of big iron in and out of there in the past. Even the derilect P-38 that is being restored now used to reside amid the piles of engines and parts. I used to ride my Cushman out there beginning in about 1963 and now own a hanger where I keep my Citabria and also keep my PT-23 there in one of Mark Howards hangars. I'll have to dig out some of the pix I took but there was a beautiful natural metal PV-2 with drop tanks out there at one time. I was in love.....I think I even have pix of the DC-4 somewhere.

Hey Slinky, if you could find a picture of the shiny PV-2, that would be great!
