What is the best 4 year university with an aviation degree? Since as long as i could remember i always wanted to be a pilot, hopefully one day in the air force or other military branches (jet pilot specifically). Even after the military would still like to continue to be a pilot, perhaps as a commercial airline pilot.

Check out Louisiana Tech University's Professional Aviation department. It's where I went. Started off in the Pro Av arena until it got too expensive, then moved to Aviation Management.

Why not get an aerospace (or mechanical) engineering degree? You'll have a better idea of what actually makes airplanes fly and a good fallback career if the first one doesn't work out as you expect. Getting an "easy degree" just to meet some arbitrary degree requirement probably isn't the best use of your time. A military pilot with an engineering degree would also be useful for either a military or civilian test pilot job.
Note, I'm not saying that any of the degrees previously mentioned are "easy," it's just that I know people who have gotten liberal arts degrees to meet arbitrary educational requirements. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'm just suggesting you reduce any risk in case "Plan A" doesn't work out and at least get a good aviation related degree if that is your passion.

There are some universities that credit you hours if you hold a valid A&P.
