Yup and the also mangle them as well - have emailed Graham O about the state of some that turn up in newsagents for sale in my neck of the woods. On average it takes me at least 2-3 sale points before I can get a copy that's not damaged

Oh, if you are purchasing from retailers that is a whole different kettle of fish- you can expect to wait up to another two weeks after subscribers get theirs- depending on the distributors schedule. Aside from us flying over and loading and unloading the freight trucks ourselves, there is not a thing we can do about the condition they arrive in I am sorry to say.
