Sikorsky H-53 question

Heavy Lift Helicopters was for a while working on a civilian conversion to the CH-53 into what they dubbed the "Fire Stallion". However, the cost of operation and some issues with certification seems to have put an end to the project and it never entered service and the company went bust.
