Warbird Information Exchange

Can anyone advise where I might find a copy of a photo that shows General Galland sitting in his flight gear petting a dog circa 1940? I also need a good example of the "Mickey Mouse" insignia on his aircraft.
I hope to frame these with some signed art.
Any help is appreciated.
