Hey Chris!

Just FYI.....the 351st website done by their historian lists 44-8410 (YB*A) as MISS GLAMOR PANTS...note the American spelling of Glamour....spelling counts!..

Are you still interested in this? I just bought, at a flea market, an old limited edition history of 351 BG in WWII. Lots of aircrew photos. What's your vet's name? I'll see if he's in here.

I did a quick look through the crew pics this morning and didn't see that name. Some pics have full crews, others just the officers. About half the pics have full crew names, the rest just name the pilot/AC. I counted at least 44 crew pics. So he might still be in there. What was your vet's pilot's name?

If he's not in here, I'll bet he has friends who are.

The book was published in 1980 and says inside the front cover that it's number 81 of a limited printing of 700.

I took a quick look through the crew photos this morning and didn't see that name. But see my post above--some crew photos only have the pilot's or officers' names. If you have a pilot name, I might have better luck.

I found there's also a list of airplane names in book and many of them have the pilot listed, so if you have an airplane name I might have some luck that way.

Will try to scan the text tonight for the name you're interested in. Do you have dates he was with the 508th? That might also be helpful.
