Thanks for all of the input guys. This all confirms what I already thought. Unfortunately, this is one more strike against a very cool project that we were looking into. Oh well, maybe another one will come along some day. Then again, probably not :(

Abandonment of wrecks could deplete a finite inventory of significant cultural resources.

That is the biggest bucket of h o r s e s h i t I have ever heard of :axe:

Contact you local Congresscritter. See if you can persuade them to add a rider to some other sure-fire bill to release ownership of BuAer XXXXXXXX. None of them read even half of what they are voting on anyway, you might get lucky. *
