Anyone know a reputable freight forwarding service which can get a crate from the Minneapolis area to Virginia for a reasonable price? Need to know ASAP.

Cheers,
Richard

Richard,

I've never used them but, you might try Grayhound PackageXpress. Just needs to be shipped from and picked up at a Grayhound station.

Many thanks Craig... Unfortunately, I don't think this crate will fit in a Grayhound bus, but I appreciate the heads up to a service I had no idea existed.

Cheers,
Richard

I use a company called Unishippers for most of my shipping.
Check unishippers.com

You can also try freightquote.com. I've used them numerous times and they are quick, easy and give you several options. No charge to setup an account.

I ended up going via QWExpress on recommendation from Shrike... So far everything's gone very smoothly, and at a reasonable price. I really do appreciate all the offers of help though. Thanks very much for your responses.

Cheers,
Richard
