Can anyone give me a list of restored C-47s (preferably on tour circuits) that will take passengers on experience rides? I've found Tico Belle in FL but it appears to be grounded. The AZ Commemorative Air Force only flies locally. I've been hard-pressed to find others.

Although my primary interest is in B-17s, I would dearly love to go up in a C-47 someday since my father's squadron flew them in WWII (12th TCS, USAAF). It would be a thrill to get even a small taste of what he lived through for the duration.

There's one out of Frederick, Oklahoma. Not sure if it's flying rides or not.

Thanks for all the input. That's very helpful. I only wish they were closer! Looks like Texas offers the most options but I haven't had occasion to get down that way for many years. Maybe when I retire I'll have to travel around the country hunting up opportunities. I definitely need to go up in Fifi, the B-29. So many great planes.....
