The photos certainly look like Monino. I wonder if the aircraft for sale could actually be one of the Chinese examples recovered many years ago?

Wasn't the trubo'd Bucker done by Sam something down in San Antonio for a time to climb record? I remember the a/c from years ago.

Yup, Sam Burgess Texas Jungmeister homebuilt. Later he switched the Allison turbo with an M14P.

It would sure look nice here in VA with all of Jerry's Russian birds. But on the same note would probably make a nice addition to the FHC Russian flock. :) It would be cool to see one air worthy. thanks for the post.

I remember a deal on this type, $60,000 on the dock in Long Beach in 1986, two airframes from inside storage as I recall Mike Pupich telling me. Neat airplane.
