Hi,just wondered if any of you have ever tried to contact "customer services" at Challenge Publications and if so did you get a reply? I have tried emailing them several times recently and had no response whatsoever, perhaps there's a special way of doing it,does anyone know?,because their customer service doesn't do anything for their customer relations. :?

If you were writing them concerning photo credits you are in for a long wait...
I've noticed they are no longer on the shelves here at either Barnes and Knoble or the magazine shops...

Why don't you just try calling them? The last time I had an issue go missing, I called and they promptly sent a replacement.

Challenge (air *puke***Gag**Puke* classics) publications aka M.O'be very leary ripped me off for a couple of photos even after a written promise to return them....personally I wouldn't p i s s on either one if they were on fire :axe:
I haven't bought a Challenge Publication since 1976.....hold a grudge? on this one....you bet.

an acquaintance of mine had to personally go to their office and demand his property be returned..nope I wouldn't p i s s on either one if they were on fire

I had to call them a couple of months ago. I had emailed them twice with no luck but the phone call worked.

Their idea of 'customer service' amounts to "bend over, we'll be glad to 'service' you".............later.

Howdy All

Haven't had a problem being a 1st year Subscriber until I recently paid my renewel fees a couple of months back. Haven't recieved a mag since. I noticed their latest editions of AC and WI on their website, but these haven't hit the shelfs yet
Whats going on with this company !

I'm sure it is challenging making any money from print media these days. I'd suspect they are not long for this world. Having said that I sure loved Air Classics when i was a kid.

Lightning I received the latest issue of AC about a week ago but I have not received the latest WI yet. When you sent in your renewal did you send it directly to Challenge? A while back there was a scam as some company was sending out fake renewal notices and keeping the money.

Just checked my CC account and it states Challenge Publications
Living in the far corners of the world probably doesnt help, it may take another week or two before I recieve an issue
Its great to hear that Im not the only one waiting on Challenge Publications

Thanks
