WW2 Canopy Section Identification help

Hi All,

Hard one for you. From pacific region, looks to be part of canopy or gun turret. It is fairly mangled, found it with a few bits of other debris in the middle of no where. Might have been shot off. It has a a distinguishable feature at one end of the section. (See last photo) Looks to have traces of red primer paint? Unsure. Looks to have been burning at some stage as is a little black in places. It has small bolts and not rivets. This may prove useful in identification.

A close up of the nuts would help.
Slot screws were used by US, Brits and the Japanese.

This part is Japanese given the identification of part numbers by another member in the forum.
Just not sure what type of aircraft? Any ideas?
