So go buy a sheet of EVERGREEN thin plastic say .005, get a pan of pretty warm water, a straight edge and a pair of scissors and an XACTO #11 blade and a mandrel to use to get a nice rounded edge on the part and.....OH MY GAWD!! He's actually going to say it.................scratch build your own like real modellers used to do in the days before 1-800-send a model 'want it? make it!'  :ouch: :gib:

Wasn't being rude in the slightest, it's just the old timey modeller in me yelling at the top of it's lungs. Used to be if ya wanted one of 'those' you put on your creative hat and made one, and resin was something Pine Trees oozed on warm days, you cut open a tube of Body filler and after it cured, you carved away everything that didn't look like what you wanted. You bartered with your Dentist for old worn out drill bits, learned how to shape Elmers Glue with a wet fingertip for fillets and fairings, shaped putty with emery boards and when you could get it, 360 grit wet and dry, we called it being creative modelling.
