I love those old, 'everything by hand' manufacturing films. EVERYTHING done with a pencil, slide rule, and a ruler, all machining set up by hand using more pencils and paper, now a days a computer spits out everything to another computer which takes off like a dervish on acid and it spits out unending exact copies even 'knowing' when to change cutters-completely boring

Nary a safety goggle in the whole film. I am surprised they allowed the chap with the paint gun a mask!

Agreed, very interesting film. I gather those are Fiat A74-RC38 engines being built for the Fiat G.50s. Interesting view of the engine assembly line.
