The Seafire...I believe is the one at the Naval Museum in Calgary Alberta, now part of the Museum Military in Calgary.

The 104 iis the Lockheed built #1 to Canadian spec and I believe was the template for Canadair production versions.

I visited this air museum in 1992 and I must admit it's a tough one ...

Yelled at! You've got to be kidding me. What do they think they have there, the latest in stealth technology? Anyways, its at the Natl D Day Memorial in Bedford,Va

The snow on the ground meant that we (my guide and I on the golf cart) were pretty restricted as to where we could go. We stopped near the plane and I zipped over to get a few pics and another guide nearby wasn't very happy with me. That place is really something though; I'd love to go and spend more time in Bedford, VA.

Is the tank in Calgary as well? I sure like the way they have it displayed.

Yup, Museum of the regiments in Calgary; really interesting place, we arrived just before closing and had to literally run through it. I;d like to get back some time and go through at my own place. A few more of the very cool 1:1 Sherman diorama:

And not everyday you see a Churchill up close & personal; still ugly though....

sorry for the thread drift, I do realize this isn't an AFV forum...

Great info on the CF-104, had no idea it wasn't a Canadair build. Very nicely presented all polished up.
