Hey Al,

Didja notice that the crashed Lawn Dart has your name on the vertical tail?

Great pics, as usual. I especially like the shot of FIFI over the Dreamliner! 8)

Cheers,
Dean

This is still my favorite shot from the year. It's not the best but it's very unique. You'll never see this again.

Thank you so much for sharing these absolutely fantastic pictures...I also really like the one with FIFI coming in over the Dreamliner. Gotta get up there one of these years.

What a bunch of crap from a no talent hack!!! Course Al knows I'm full of it. Great shots as usual my friend! What's it gonna take to get you to go to the Doolittle Raider reunion or Thunder Over Michigan? (or both)

Time and paid vacation is all it would take to get me to more events. Maybe I can stow away in Grumpy for the Doolittle reunion :D

I believe this is the first time I have ever noticed the differences in the wheels and tire sizes on the nose struts on the -28.
Are the hard as pavement tires getting harder to come by or more costly.

Very nice stuff Al! Beautiful work... well done! Your night stuff was excellent. Also, Congrats on getting
a lot of stuff in EAA's warbirds as well! Keep up the good work. Hope to be able to go do some more
night stuff next year.. I'll be better prepared for the night stuff and not just coming back from dinner!

take care,

Henning

I have people telling me all the time to watermark my photos but I hate it when other people have them as it really distracts from the image. I understand why it's done and it's each photographers decision to do it or not. Also, I don't have a program to even do it (that i'm aware of anyway). At most i'd just have my name in a lower corner but that isn't much of a deterrent from stealing the image as it's easy to crop or photoshop them out. People have respected my work by asking for permission to use particular photos and I don't think there's been an instance i've denied anyone. Most people are just involved with a certain aircraft and want a shot for their desktop or maybe a squadron website.

Again, thanks for looking.
