Zantop L-188 N343HA was seen at Willow Run on Christmas day with engines and props and looking ready to go. I assume she is headed to Canada too. Anyone know for sure?

Three of the Willow Run Electras went north last year. Was out there Wednesday and there are still 3 or 4 sitting outside hangar 2 with no engines. Don't know if there are any inside or not.

Sitting outside in the snow and the cold of Wyoming for a couple weeks or so will eliminate any creepy/crawly/furry/venomous Honduran passengers!

Hopefully Casper is colder than Alberta as we are experiencing a heat wave this winter, above freezing tempertures. Some insects can go dormant in lower temps and unless it drops to -35 C for an extended amount of time these creepy crawlers may survive.

Wait for it!

I live in Alberta too, and -35C and them closing Hwy 2 for a couple of days are absolute certainties at least once a winter.

Dan,
Seeing that you live in Lacombe, are you going to be able to make it out to Red Deer when Airspray brings in their new (used) Electra? I know a lot of Wixer's would like to see some pictures.

Actually I have to go out there next week, so yes, if she's there I'll get some pictures and post them here.
