Charles Bronson, B-29er?

Sat Oct 01, 2011 6:38 pm

Was at the bookstore today and picked up a book about celebrities, their deaths and where they're buried. I came across Charles Bronson (Death Wish, Great Escape) and the author wrote he was a B-29 tail gunner in WW2 based in Guam. Anyone have a crew photo of him, or know of his units? I knew there was a reason I liked him, apart from shooting the street scum.

I don't think the pics purported to be Chuck Bronson in the last two links are the same person. The angle of the pose's is different in each pic. The one guy in the single pic (last link) looks like he has a hair-lip.

"Wheezer" from the Little Rascals was killed in flight training for WWII.
