I'm in Cheyenne, Wyoming 'till the 3rd in a pilot new hire class for a regional airline. I was wondering if there are any warbird owners on here in the area I can go visit, or musuems?

Wings Over the Rockies in Denver. Very nice displays and a friendly staff.

If you have time to drive all the way to Denver's Front Range Airport (only 6 miles SE of DIA) you can look at our fleet.
We have 12 BAC Jet Provost Mk5s, 3 Gnats, a Hunting Percival Pembroke C(PR)1 and some other bits.
Send me an email at john@astreair.com and I'll give you directions and set up a time.
Regards,

I'm going to be a Beech 1900 driver. If you can use what I'll be flying, and where I'm training (headquarters for the regional airline) you can figure out who I will by flying for. Don't want to drop the name right now.

I grew up south of denver, my family still have a ranch across the road from a communications company execute that has a Caravan, Beaver and a Aviat Husky. The last time I went to Front Range, I saw an A-7 Corsair on the ramp (ex-COANG?). I'll have to go check out the musuems and thought there was a Spitfire (ahem) in the area as well.

There was a Spitfire at the old downtown FTC airport. Don't know if it still around.
The A-7 had its wing sawed off and it was trucked out several years ago.
