Check with Desser Tire. They have a 44" SC but may not be exactly what you're looking for. Price was $2300

I've not had any first hand experience with retreads on A-26's but we ran them on our B-17 "Chuckie" when we still had her with very good results. I know that one of the volunteers working the B-26K/A-26A in the hangar was able to get some tires from Aviall for that airplane, however those are different tires than a standard A-26B/C. It has 707 anti-skid system and I think DC-6 wheels and tires. Check with Desser tire, they are usually a good source.

Hope this helps

Thanks Bill. My aircraft has DC-6 wheels/brakes as well and a Convair 440 nose wheel STC...
