A-26 Hard To Get??????

Anyone know the location of this Invader, it does'nt seem to grab much limelight since leaving the Netherlands??

I believe the aircraft calls the Cavanaugh Air Museum home.

Flew on it last October, absolutley beautiful stock airplane, periscope and all fully functional.

The periscope was originally destined for the Collings Invader, My Mary Lou. After that aircraft was wrecked, it was sold to Carl Scholl who installed it in Hard To Get. It was in its original shipping frame work and still had the glass dessicant tubes attached. The optics were still good. I hated to see it go but it was out of my hands. There can't be many left like that.

It is a beautiful bird. If I recall the aircraft no longer has a bomb bay, residual from the executive conversion. I have never actually seen the aircraft though so easily could be mistaken. Anyone have any interior photographs?
