I got to see it a few times during the resto and as always quality work. Is it still at SFQ or has it been moved to VB Airport? I would love to see it since it was finished.

As for the old scheme yeah it looked pretty weary but I actually like it. They weren't all factory fresh long in battle. I would have flown the wings off it the way it looked. Honestly I don't think I could have taken it down long enough to restore it. It would have cut into my flying time.

Either way it is a flying FM 2. There is no down side to that.

Russ, it is still here in Suffolk at the moment. Going to fly this morning and then back in for a good clean up/detail before leaving tomorrow morn with the 'Raider to Wilmington NC for the weekend show there. Plan is for it to come back here upon return for a good look over on Monday and then to Pungo. It should be over there sometime next week.
