This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

There was a thread that touched on the Mutual Concerns conference a while back, but I can't find it, so I'm starting a new one. This year's conference starts this Sunday at the Dayton Marriott. Will any of you other WIXers be there, and IF so, would any of you want to try and meet up for dinner or drinks at some point? Tuesday or Wednesday evening would work best for me. If any of you Dayton area WIXers would want to meet up, that'd be cool too. Thanks!

I just looked at my leave and earning statement on line. The air force has already closed out our paychecks for the 15th.it is about half of the usual amount. Everybody says it will work out in the end but lots of military folks are not getting their normal paycheck next week!

Well....
Sure hope they have a back up plan
There are people attending (unconfirmed but normally attend) this conference from:
Australia
Britain
Canada
Germany
Norway
New Zealand
Poland
and many other countries
Sure hope they have a back up plan cause it's too late to cancel tickets for anything other than health.....
Anyone recommend a good bar in the Dayton area just in cause...someone gotta a hangar we might be able to borrow if we run into trouble?
