Sadly next door to the EAA chapter I just joined to is the Wings of Eagles museum. All aircraft are outside: F-14, F-4, F-15, B-57, A-26, A-7, OV-1, Westland Whirlwind, Banshee, FH-1 Phantom(of which was sitting on it's tail!! :( :? ), Huey, and TBM. No idea where the Douglas BTD and A-37 Dragon are. Neither did any of the EAA members. :(

Nathan, please snap me some pics of the BTD when you track her down...a personal favorite of mine!

Their website says the museum is moving to a new location. Could it be some of the airframes have already made the move?

According to their website they've moved to a temporary location just down the road. Of course this location seems like more of an office building so they can't appear to fit any of the aircraft inside. I wouldn't be surprised if you start to see all of the above mentioned aircraft reclaimed by their respective owners (NASM, NMUSAF, Navy and Marine museums).

Unfortunately, that may be the best thing for those airframes.
Very sad.

The A-37 is probably in New Jersey.

I found it yesterday! It looks mostly complete. Looked like it had some hastily applied white spray paint all over it.
