There was a loose formation of 4 aircraft heading north near Inyokern airport today. Possibly a photo shoot? at least one dark colored something with a radial, two smaller aircraft gaggling around and what sounded like a T-6 in trail of the dark A/C. To far away to photograph (even if I had a camera). Just big specks really.....any ideas who or what?

I saw a B-25 circling the Texas Motor Speedway today. We were there for the Good Guys Auto show.

Also, an F-18 and T-6 II going to Alliance, and various airliners to include a 747 going into DFW.

PS-He was circling the track going the wrong way. NASCAR fans will know what I mean!

Living right near Newport News/Williamsburg (PHF) is always interesting. The military loves to bounce here including the folks from the 89th Special Airlift Wing out of Andrews. Friday was an active day for the Hawker Hunters based here. Watched one doing touch and goes while loading up my truck at the Home Depot at the end of the runway. What a job, flying a warbird against the current inventory as your day job, got tot love it.

Woodlands, TX, working in garage and hear a multi-engine radial aircraft. Step out and see a NMF or silver painted B-17 flying NNE. Maybe Liberty Belle, think their tour is making a stop at Hooks airport. Great sight, better sound!

Collings Foundations "909" flew over my house about that time on his way to Ellington. Their tour is @ EFD until noon Wednesday. Went out today but nothing flew while I was there. The F4 went over my house around 7:30.
