This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

I'm starting early my friends and will talk about it often. Years ago the annual Warbirds Over Madera was the Chino of the Central Valley. We have held it in '09 and '10 with good sucess. See Mumaws story in Pacific Flyer. We have May 21-22 2011 reserved and we need title sponsers. This has the makings of a real destination air show event. Talk it with who you know and lets make this thing happen. Send me an e-mail at
yeneef@sbcglobal.net. and I will send you the details of the various sponsership levels. Any money is helpful and we have until November. Those not loving seeing and hearing and riding in warbirds need not apply.
Thanks for listening

Ah yes...Madera....went to that show back when it was in its prime in 1994 on a California swing that included the Mustang Roundup at Santa Maria....incredibly hot but a great show....only place I ever saw a Bearcat make a pass with a BT-13, side by side......the Bearcat was slowly sinking...sure hope you get this venue back to its once elite status.
