are you able to walk around chino or are there restrictions?

You mean the airport or the town?

In general there are few airports in SoCal you can officially walk around on. If you find an open gate I doubt anyone would stop you though. The museums and businesses at the airport are not allowed to let guests onto the ramp. If someone was caught after having done so, it might have negative repercussions for that establishment or lead to a crackdown at the airport in general- making it tougher on those that do have a "legitimate" reason to be there.

They had a process server trying to get to a hangar that drove her car onto the runway to get to a hangar "over yonder," not knwing that you could access that part of the airport rather easily using srface streets. That, among other incidents, caused every airport tenant to have to undergo a training course (followed by a quiz) befre they could get a new airport gate access card.

I suspect that Agent86 has a legitimate reason for being on the airport ramp. Just don't ask him about it or he'd have to kill you.

And there is a mop in the bucket! Note the suds under the aircraft. Probably the fuel foaming up just before it spontaneously combusts!

You can pay to get into either of two museums and can walk into just about every area except some of the backshops (metal shop, paint booth, etc.). Usually a good view of aircraft under restoration or maintenance.
