This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

I don't know what sort of GRIS-GRIS you put on your post about the joys of Fresno Field, but I'm NOT going to give you some sort of requested password to see what's in the post! And trying to back out of it is tougher than getting rid of a message from a Nigerian Prince-

Dudes... Nigeria must be, like, a really wealthy country. Y'know, like, money out the wazoo. Seriously, a buncha times a week, I get e-mails from all these, like, really cool Nigerian dudes who wanna share their money wit me, an' all I gotta do is give 'em my bank account number, and, like, they'll drop the bucks right in there! It's gotta be legit, right? I mean, if it wasn't real, y'know, like if they were doin' somethin' illegal, five-o would be all over them, y'know what I'm sayin'?

Perhaps, if you knew and understood what gris-gris is, and how seriously some folks take it you'd understand. Ask anyone from New Orleans about gris-gris (pronounced GREE GREE)

I'm in Lagos Nigeria right now and yes there is a LOT of oil wealth here. Haven't had a Ryan sighting, just lots of posters and billboards of their president, a guy named Good Luck Jonathan. I'm not kidding. Ready to strap into the big Boeing and fly west. At least our police motorcade escort to/from the airport is armed with AK-47s. That van ride is like being a passenger in a Grand Theft Auto video game...or a demolition derby. Don't know how we haven't hit someone, though one time our driver cut off a motorcycle and ran him into a ditch. Good times.
