A-26B Invader 44-34659... Where is it now?

The Invader in question is the one that was mounted on a roof top in Oshawa, Ontario, for many years. It then went to an auto restoration guild in Bradford, Ontario. Apparently it has been sold off to a new owner in the U.S.

Does anyone on WIX happen to know where it is now?

I was wondering if there was any updates on this A-26B Invader. What progress have they done on this plane? I remember this plane when I used to go the other side of Toronto and seeing it sitting on top of the storage company.

Being restored at Ellsworth was the last I heard of it, but that was a while ago.

The article accompanying the pictures says '22 gun' airplane? With an 8 gun nose, 6 wing guns and both turrets that would make 18 which would be one whale of a load, so where were the additional 4 guns stashed? In a rack behind the front seat?

When I inquired of the Guild of Auto Restorers about the B-26, here's the answer I received:

"We passed it on to a chap from South Dakota where I believe it is currently being restored. All we have now are a Meyers OTW 160 which we do air shows with and a Corbin Super Ace Racer which we restored and flew for about 4 seconds before it required restoring again (which is underway)."
