Welcome to WIX, is it possible for you to pin down the time frame this aircraft was around? Was it a 30's racer, a 40's? a GOODYEAR? Lots of folks built or started building racing airplanes over 107 years and if this one got no further than rolling the fuselage out into the sunshine for pictures before losing interest or bankrolling makes it pretty tough to locate.
Some got built, the owner painted a race number on it, and it corkscrewed itself into the ground on it's maiden flight, and it got page 2 coverage in the local newspaper.

Do you mean "Idjet's Midget?" A quick googling turned up this:

Currently N1312 is assigned to a PITTS S1C, my guess is you've got some digging to do into the not so well documented history of air racing in the mid 60's back then, if it wasn't Reno it didn't get a lot of coverage.

Welcome G-J,
I've e-mailed you some 3-views, and a photo page from Robert Hirsch and Charles A. Mendenhall's books,
and have more stuff available from the Carter-Kinert series, and Teglers's book.
Let me know if you're looking for something specific, and I'll dig some more.

There's a web site for (Goodyear) Formula One http://www.if1airracing.com/
They are not as active as WIX, but still have a few of the "old-timers" around...
