I've been going through my late father's aviation stuff and came across this wooden prop. Anyone have an idea to what it's from?

Can you post some dimensions of things like the hub center bore, overall hub outer diameter, chord of the blade where it's been sawn off, is there anything stamped on the side of the hub boss, numbers, letters, contract #, etc. Right now it measures 11 in X 2 9/16ths on my screen.
Not meant as a criticism, but for anyone who posts photos of parts or assemblies, it would help a great deal if you could lay a 6 in. or 1 ft. steel scale on the part or near the part so those of us looking in can get some idea of the pieces size.
