I just got an e-mail from Gene. Apparently, the ad is for a different aircraft. Gene does have another project for sale, but this ad may only be using pics of "Le Mutt" for the ad.

I see. That was a little confusing. Glad to hear he's not selling one of the most distinct L-3s around.

Gene had worked with the current owner on the paint scheme and the thought was to fly airshows together as a "matching set".
i guess now the other gy wants to sell.
Too bad I don't fit in an L-3 very well!
